What happens after you book
You picked your slot. Now the work begins. Here is the rhythm we follow.

You get an email confirmation and a prep guide
Check your email for the door code, wifi info, and everything you need to know before you arrive.

Arrive and the space is yours
Walk into a clean, naturally lit studio, ready to go the moment you arrive. Bring your team, your photographer, your videographer, whoever's part of the vision, and bring your vision to life.

Leave it just as you found it
No staff onsite, so we ask that you reset any furniture, take your trash with you, and lock up when you head out. Simple as that.
FAQs
What people ask before they hit book
How far ahead can I book?+
The calendar opens twelve weeks out. Same-day slots appear when they are genuinely available, so it is worth checking even on short notice.
When am I charged?+
Hourly sessions are paid in full at booking through the scheduler. Memberships are billed monthly by Stripe starting the day you join.
Can I move or cancel a session?+
Yes, free up to 48 hours before your start time using the link in your confirmation email. Inside 48 hours we credit 50% toward a future session.
Do unused member hours roll over?+
One hour rolls into the following month. Anything beyond that expires, so we will nudge you when hours are sitting unused.
What's the max capacity for a session?+
Up to 10 people. If your shoot needs more than that, just email us when you book and we'll work it out together.
Can I move the furniture?+
Yes, feel free to move things around during your session. We just ask that you reset everything back to exactly how you found it before you leave.
Is there a fee if I go over my booked time?+
Yes, running over will be billed as an extra hour. That said, always reach out to us first if you're running late or think you'll need more time, we'll do what we can to work with you, we just don't want to delay the next person's shoot.
What if I need to bring outside vendors or equipment?+
As long as you're within our capacity limit, bring what you need.
